趙邑新
趙邑新，男，1974年生，工學博士，教授，碩士生導師，韓國亞洲大學博士生導師，唐山市人民政府特聘專家，中國計算機學會高級會員、互聯網專委會常委，中華預防醫學會健康風險評估與控制專業委員會委員，中國人工智能學會會員，中國衛生信息學會專委會委員。現任人工智能研究院副院長,負責研究生工作，任北京石油化工學院信息學院副院長，負責科研工作。
2002年進入Intel中國，從事網絡處理器及無線技術的研發，多次獲得Intel部門獎和亞洲業務獎。 2005年加入IBM中國研究院，帶領團隊致力于統一通信領域，方案在全球15個國家部署，團隊榮獲2007年IBM研究成就獎。自2008年起專注于云計算，帶領團隊開發高性能海量存儲系統，并參與業界對象存儲標準的制定。自2010年初作為物聯網技術中心項目經理，參與選擇重要的行業與典型應用并管理各個子項目的開發。至2013年已有30余項專利。曾任山海樹科技CTO；2014年5月創立北京新瑞時科技有限公司，致力于移動健康智能管理平臺的建設，全面負責公司的運營。趙邑新還是一名積極的志愿者，曾于2009年赴非洲參加科技扶貧，并長期作為青年成就計劃的成員為大學生提供就業指導；在IBM工作期間，從首屆就開始參與工程師周活動，培養中學生對于科技與工程的興趣。

自2008年起專注于云計算，帶領團隊開發高性能海量存儲系統，并參與業界對象存儲標準的制定。自2010年初作為物聯網技術中心項目經理，參與選擇重要的行業與典型應用并管理各個子項目的開發。至2013年已有30余項專利。
