二、教學工作
為本科生主講《材料結構與性能》、《陶瓷制備技術》、《材料合成與制備》理論課程，參與《功能材料專業實驗》、《高分子材料專業實驗》、《科學方法訓練》、《認識實習》、《生產實習》、《畢業設計》等實踐教學環節。承擔研究生《材料結構與性能》、《電子材料》、《陶瓷材料》課程。
2011-2013年9月，擔任高分子材料系副主任，負責高分子材料系的教學工作。2013年9月至今，擔任功能材料系副主任，負責功能材料系的教學工作。
三、科學研究
主要從事無機新型發光材料及多元化合物太陽能電池材料與薄膜材料的研究，近5年發表文章近30篇，SCI檢索6篇，EI檢索5篇。

（1）CZTS太陽能電池薄膜材料的制備及性能研究，北京市屬高校青年拔尖人才培育計劃，資助金額：30萬元，2013年1月至2015年12月，項目負責人
（2）環境半導體β-FeSi2薄膜的制備及半導體性能研究，北京市教育委員會面上項目，資助金額：15萬，2009年1月至2011年12月，項目負責人
