徐鵬偉，男，1994年8月出生，河南安陽人，工學博士，講師。2017年本科畢業于青島大學化學工程與工藝專業；2024年博士畢業于中國科學院過程工程研究所生物化工專業，獲工學博士學位。2024年入職北京石油化工學院，現在新材料與化工學院化學工程系工作。

  1. 構建天然產物活性成分分離新策略，闡釋構效關系并開展生物活性研究
  2. 藥食同源原料中功能性成分的挖掘與高值化利用
  3. 基于天然產物的納米顆粒、脂質體等藥物包埋遞送體系構建與穩定性研究
