馮文然,男,1978年生,博士,副教授,碩士生導師。2001年畢業于河北工業大學材料科學與工程系,獲學士學位;2001年畢業于河北工業大學材料學專業獲碩士學位;2007年于中國科學院物理研究所等離子體物理專業獲得理學博士學位,并加入北京石油化工學院201512月晉升副教授,現任化工領域專業學位及材料科學與工程領域學術學位碩士生導師。

長期從事紅外探測器薄膜材料、光伏材料的高性能化、器件化的應用基礎研究,關注這類材料在制備和后處理過程中的結構演變、結構與光電性能關系、以及器件優化等。在薄膜材料的物理方法制備及結構表征方面具有豐富的經驗,具有豐富的多層次表征方法和分析技術。主持完成北京市自然科學基金面上項目1項,北京市組織部優秀人才項目各1項,北京市教委科技計劃項目1項。發表SCIEI檢索的學術論文40余篇,其中第一作者/通訊作者20余篇,被引用850余次(Google Scholar),H–因子18。發表國際會議論文5篇,受邀在第四屆中日等離子體論壇上做邀請報告1次。作為主要完成人獲行業協會科研三等獎1項。目前擔任ACS: Applied Materials & InterfaceACS Applied Nano MaterialsSurface and Coatings TechnologyApplied Surface ScienceThin Solid FilmsCeramics InternationalVacuumTribology - Materials, Surfaces & Interfaces等國際期刊的論文審稿人。參與編寫現代表面工程科學與技術叢書《現代薄膜技術》。
