邢光建,男,1973年生,博士,副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師。1997年畢業(yè)于齊魯工業(yè)大學(xué)輕化工系,獲學(xué)士學(xué)位;2000年畢業(yè)于北京工業(yè)大學(xué)環(huán)境與能源學(xué)院,獲碩士學(xué)位;2003年畢業(yè)于北京工業(yè)大學(xué)材料學(xué)院,獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位。2003年至2005年在北京有色金屬研究總院先進(jìn)電子材料研究所從事博士后工作。2006年進(jìn)入北京石油化工學(xué)院工作至今。
主要從事石墨烯氣凝膠、新型透明導(dǎo)電薄膜材料研究,先后主持與參與國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、北京市級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目、企業(yè)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)。發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文70余篇,其中被SCI/EI檢索30多篇;入選 “北京市屬高校青年拔尖人才”,北京市自然基金評(píng)審專家。
主要科研項(xiàng)目:
1.北京市屬高校北京市屬高校高層次人才引進(jìn)與培養(yǎng)三年行動(dòng)計(jì)劃:青年拔尖人才培育計(jì)劃;
2.北京市教委面上項(xiàng)目:FeSi2環(huán)境半導(dǎo)體薄膜材料的制備及其性能研究;
3.企業(yè)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目:納米銀線導(dǎo)電膜關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研發(fā)。
