劉洋,男,1978年生,博士,副教授,碩士生導師。2000年畢業于湘潭大學應用化學系,獲學士學位;2003年于湘潭大學高分子化學與物理專業,獲碩士學位;2007年畢業于東華大學,獲材學博士學位。2008年至2010年獲日本學術振興會(JSPS)獎金在日本國立熊本大學從事博士后研究。2010年至今任北京石油化工學院教師。

長期從事智能材料、仿生材料、聚合物凝膠研究。先后主持1項國家自然科學基金、2項北京市自然科學基金、1項教育部留學回國人員啟動基金項目研究。發表各類學術論文40多篇,其中被SCI檢索20多篇。
