
馬蘭超,女,1989年5月出生,河北邯鄲人,理學(xué)博士,副教授,碩士生導(dǎo)師,畢業(yè)于中國科學(xué)院化學(xué)研究所。現(xiàn)在新材料與化工學(xué)院材料科學(xué)與工程系工作,任學(xué)生第八黨支部支部書記。
主要從事基于有機高分子共軛材料的光電功能器件的研究,圍繞有機高分子共軛材料的設(shè)計、器件制備與性能優(yōu)化、光響應(yīng)器件和發(fā)光器件做了一些有特色的工作。主持國家自然科學(xué)基金青年項目、北京市自然科學(xué)基金青年項目和北京市教委科技計劃項目等;入選北京市科協(xié)“青年人才托舉工程”。發(fā)表SCI論文20余篇,其中以第一作者,共同第一作者在Chemistry of Materials, Adv Electron Mater, J. Mater. Chem. C等期刊上發(fā)表論文8篇;為兩部專著撰寫章節(jié)2章;申請發(fā)明專利1件。
I. 主要研究工作
1. 有機/高分子光電功能材料與器件,包括有機/高分子共軛材料結(jié)構(gòu)表征、光響應(yīng)場效應(yīng)晶體管和發(fā)光場效應(yīng)晶體管的制備和表征;
2. 柔性傳感器件,包括基于分散相/基質(zhì)的柔性壓力傳感器、柔性光電傳感器等用于可穿戴設(shè)備的傳感器。
