
宋煥巧,女,1978年12月出生,河北石家莊人,工學博士,副研究員,碩士生導師,畢業于北京科技大學。先后在清華大學(博士后),中國科學院北京納米能源與系統研究所工作,現就職于北京石油化工學院新材料與化工學院。
